I Only just got the bit and tried it out a couple of times...I thought I wanted the eggbutt but am glad I got the loose ring as it is easy to slide with the reins making it a little more pleasant for my horse. I think she likes it as she is not chomping down on it like she did with others. The slight arc is also nicer on the tongue and I hope with more use she will be happier with the roller as well. It seems a bit thicker in diameter and a bit heavy which I didn't like but does not seem to bother her so I guess I'm good with it too. Happy with the great price and Canadian made too!!

I chose this bit as the one I wanted to try was sold out. My only complaint with Agadors right now is a lack of available product and sizes. I chose a this bit that isn’t dressage legal in an attempt to see if one of my horses in training would be interested in it. He loves it. The price is fair and the bit is nice. If Agador’s can offer more dressage legal bits and keep a variance of sizes in stock I would be happy to purchase from them and refer them to my clients in the future.
I have purchased many bits from Agadors. My horses really like the mouthpiece in them. This Pelham is no different. It’s his jumping bit at the moment and he’s very comfortable and happy in it. Highly recommend these bits and excellent customer service goes along with them!!
My gelding had his front teeth extracted due to EOTRH, leaving his already thick tongue to sit more forward in his mouth, making the bit he'd been in for over a decade fit differently. As soon as I realized that his usual lozenge link wasn't comfortable anymore, I looked for an alternative that had a good curved shape, but wasn't overly solid feeling, and if it was a "sweet" material like the old bit that would be a bonus. That brought me to this one, and it's perfect! Pony is much more comfortable, seeking the contact, but not leaning on the bit like he does in a traditional mullen mouth. This bit, as well as the pelham with this mouthpiece he goes in with his lesson kids, is beautifully made, rivaling many of the $$$$$ brands, and the customer service is impeccable to boot! I recommend the company to all my friends, and will not hesitate to purchase from them again.

I recently purchased a 4.5" Calm Blue Hunter D ring for my Welsh cross young mare. She has been going around in a 3 piece Happy Mouth D ring with a roller and is soft and sensitive to the bit, so needs nothing stronger. Nevertheless, she has started to get a bit fussy I that bit, sometimes throwing her head at transitions, etc. Her teeth are UTD on all dental work, so I couldn't understand why. I have seen some ads for Agadors, read the reviews, and was blown away by the reasonable prices. I've tried Mylers in the past and found them to be 1) far less appealing to horses than advertised, and 2) insanely expensive. Ride 1 with my new bit, and my horse was super accepting and happy. All bit related behaviors went away. Every ride since, I've noticed increased precision, a happier pony, I can adjust her more easily, and there is no head tossing, none at all. Since I have two bridles I immediately ordered a second bit, same make/model. I cannot recommend highly enough. I'd buy them at twice the price, though I hesitate to say that, as I don't want to pay more. What a quality, quality product. THANK YOU.
I bought this for a very sensitive mare. Happy mouth didn’t work. She LOVES THIS BIT! Her mouth stays closed and she’s much quieter!

My girl has never been as comfortable in a bit as she is in this one! She seems to really like the stability of being non-jointed and the D rings just make it that much more stable. She has plenty of room for her tongue and softly licks and chews it getting perfect lipstick foam.

Yes, we ship all over the world but most of our customers are located in the US and Canada for which we offer affordable fixed cost and free shipping for orders above 50 USD / 100 CAD.
This is country dependent.
While the situation with tariffs is rapidly developing currently our customers located in the USA don't pay any duty on non-bulk orders (5 bits or less).
For non-North American orders specific customs will depend on each country's customs thresholds.
It really depends on where you are. We use a third party to forward all our shipments to US which then go on to the USPS network to be delivered to your home. It does add a couple of days extra, but keeps the shipping cost affordable.

Yes! The bit will be a special order and will take approx. 2-3 months to arrive.
