Shipping policy
We ship our bits from locations
Generally we pack orders within 1-2 business days (we follow Canadian calendar of public holidays in Canada and US holidays in the US) and we drop them off the day after issuing the tracking number. For this reason we encourage patience with newly issued tracking numbers as it typically takes a day or two until status is updated after drop off.
We offer free shipping on standard items for our customers in US & Canada above $100. This limit does not apply to custom orders that have a flat shipping fee of $14.90 to cover additional shipping charges.
As of November 15, 2024 we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes located in Canada.
The standard shipping time is 5-10 business days although many customers receive their items sooner.
We ship out of Ontario for Canada and Pennsylvania in the US so generally orders on the East Coast tend to arrive quickly and the orders on West Coast take longer.
You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail along with a tracking number once your order is posted.
We are committed to getting your items to you as soon as possible and the choice of courier is subject to circumstances. In the past we have temporarily adapted our shipping policy in response to external events such as labor strikes, tariffs and other regulatory change.

Shipping to USA
US orders ship from our US warehouse based in Pennsylvania. We offer standard shipping typically USPS ground advantage and expedited UPS 2nd Day Air ervice at an additional cost.
In certain cases we reserve the right to ship certain orders from Ontario, Canada, such as when shipping custom items or if replacing a missing or a damaged item or a product exchange currently not available in the US. In these cases the shipments may take an additional 2-3 days to cross the border.
All our shipments originating in Canada are prepaid duty (delivered duty paid - DDP), so you do not need to worry about any extra charges or customs process - what you see at checkout is the final price. Please note that while we accept returns from abroad we are unable to refund collected duties as we do not recover those costs ourselves.

Please note, these are non-binding estimates and the speed of delivery will have a natural variability and depend on factors outside of our control such as weather, post service errors, customs procedures or delivery schedules.

Shipping to Europe:
More recently whenever possible we use DHL Express Service with prepaid duty to deliver our products to you as hassle free as possible. This normally takes about a week to 10 days depending on holiday schedule and shipping volumes.
If you have ben charged extra customs or processing fees simply email us a picture of receipt and we will refund you.
Shipping Status:
For your peace of mind we ship only with tracked mail. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
Order changes:
We cannot modify any orders after tracking number has been issued. You can modify your order yourself right after placing your order or by logging into your account. If for some reason you cannot do that please contact us immediately with any changes to your order.
Note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be swapped for other designs.
Item not received:
If you have successfully placed an order and still haven't received it while the tracking status shows it has been delivered we recommend that you contact the courier to locate your shipment. If the problem persists, please email us at hello@agadors.com.
Wrong Address Provided:
Please double check your address before placing an order and check the address field again in the confirmation email to prevent any issues.
We can only accommodate address changes before tracking numbers are issued and the fastest way to change or cancel your order is by logging into the customer portal and doing it yourself.
We are not responsible for missing deliveries due to wrong or unreachable address provided by the customer after tracking numbers are issued and there is a processing fee associated with repeat delivery attempts provided the item was returned to our warehouse.
To minimise losses incurred due to shipping and staff time spent on coordinating failed deliveries there is a $30 fee billable to customer for each repeat delivery attempt for items returned to our warehouse. In the event customer chooses to opt in for a refund instead of repeat shipment a $30 processing fee will be deducted from the sum refunded.
