I bought a calmblue eggbutt bit a few months ago for my very sensitive 3 year old Andalusian cross that is just started under saddle. He loves this bit compared to everything else Ive tried,he has a low palette and large tongue. He isnt chomping the bit like he used to do and no head tossing
I tried a different bit first, and it just wasn't my horses jam. He just wanted to crunch and stick his nose out, fighting it. So I returned it to get the other one I had been looking at, that my friend had for her horse. My boy was so much happier. 1st day really wearing it he did obstacles and a gymkhana (both hes super green for) and there was no problem with this bit.
I had tried many bits with my boy as he's very picky with the mouthpiece. He seemed happiest in a traditional Waterford full cheek but he still had some resistance. I didn't feel like I'd found the right one yet so I decided to try Agador's ComfortShape full cheek. I can't believe the difference! From the very first ride he's been so happy in it. He's soft and light in the hand without any of the resistance he had with the traditional Waterford. I've officially found "the one".
I have a young OTTB who is very sensitive and picky about his bits. He was going in a CalmBlue full cheek for a while and he loves it, but as he got stronger we needed stronger breaks. I switched him to this CalmBlue baucher and he goes much more forward into the contact and is more eager to stretch into the bit. Will continue to use Agadors for their wonderful high quality but affordable bits!
Have gone through many expensive bits and this is the only one he truly loves! For once he likes a more affordable product lol He used to lock on to one side of the bit and head tilt and suck back. Now he’s quite in the head, seeks the contact and is super light and stable in the hand. We love it!
It is the first bit that I have found that fits my Welsh/Arab cross perfectly. She has always had a busy mouth, chopping on her bits. The change to this bit resulted in an immediate change. She is totally comfortable, mouth is closed and quiet. I wish they had a line of western bits as well.
I purchased a demo bit and it was in near perfect condition, spoke with coustmer service before hand and they were awesome, shipping was quick and to top it off I have been using the bit for 2 weeks now and my very green boy is accepting it well. 5 stars all the way!

I am leary of online sales, and emailed the contact to ask questions. I received a quick response to my questions, and confirmed Agador 's is a Canadian company. Best yet, my horse fussed with all the bits I tried. It is hard to find anything beyond traditional 5" bits. Eddy loves his new bit and responds well. Very pleased with the selection of bits and sizes.
I have a thoroughbred mare with a low palate that I have struggled to find the right bit for. She loves this and goes really well. Less fussy in the mouth and moving into the contact better!

its super hard to find 4.75 bradoon and weymount in pony size. My pony have a large tong and prefer smaller size diametee.
its my first double bridle with my pony mare and the acceptance was super easy! its was like she alway do it! She is super conforlable happy . The thin curved weymouth sit and fit perfectly. The bradoon is super well made . Both bit have a good weight and well balanced. I have highter end bit without costing me $850.
Bought for my draft cross mare who has bitten her tongue in the past & has a very sensitive poll! So having the tongue relief design combined with the baucher designed to be negative poll pressure... it's the perfect combo! Now we just need the big girl ready to start training!

I’ve been loving this bit for a young jumper mare who is historically very tricky and tough in the mouth. This has offered some stability while also giving me more straightness and some brakes. I’m excited to add the kimblehook with the calm blue mouthpiece as well to our collection. Really enjoying the action of the Kimblehook!

Yes, we ship all over the world but most of our customers are located in the US and Canada.
This is country dependent.
Canadian customers pay no duty on their orders as we ship locally out of Onario.
As of early 2026 we also ship a limited selection of bits out of a warehouse in Pennsylvania the US to eliminate all guesswork for our US customers.
For non-North American orders specific customs will depend on each country's customs thresholds and we aim to cover duty on all shipments. However, our shipping options are country dependent and it may not always be possible.
Should you be charged with a duty on your purchase upon receipt we will refund you for total cost of duty (not exceeding total order value) if you can present us proof of payment to customs.
We ship all US orders from a warehouse in Pennsylvania so orders located on the East Coast tend to arrive very quickly whereas orders on the West Coast and Midwest tend to take a little longer.
We offer 2nd Day Air shipping at an additional cost if you need the bit urgently.
Yes, but with important caveats. You can customise the size and certain features within our mouthpiece range via our build a bit tool. The bit will be a special order and will take approx. 3 months to arrive.
We no longer offer the option of fully custom mouthpieces or cheekpieces or anything that cannot be configured via "build a bit tool".
We don’t currently offer phone-based support. Bit fitting and product recommendations often require detailed context, and in many cases, photos or videos to ensure we provide the most accurate advice.

Much of our hardware, including bits, is crafted in Sialkot, Pakistan, a city renowned globally for producing high-quality surgical instruments. Our primary partner there is a respected family-owned business with nearly 30 years of expertise in the industry that we personally visit on an annual basis. We partner with smaller suppliers for prototyping new and specialty products occasionally to bring innovative designs into our product line-up.
Similarly, most of our leather accessories come from Kanpur, India, recognized for its skilled leather craftsmanship and high-quality hides.
We also collaborate with specialty manufacturers in Taiwan for components made from rubber and specialized plastics, chosen for their reliability and durability.
