My mare always struggled to maintain contact on the bit and would toss her head. Especially when asked to do something she doesn't want to do. The calm blue baucher snaffle was a game changer. She now maintains contact on the bit, no more head tossing more willing to do what is asked of her.

Somehow an incorrect shipping address was attached to my order. I didn't notice until I was notified the bit arrived but wasn't in my mail box. I asked the post office and they showed me where it was shipped, which wasn't even in the same town. I reached out to Agadors for assistance and the response was less than helpful. I realize I should have more closely reviewed my receipt, but it never crossed my mind that a different shipping address than mine would have been attached. I was really excited to get this bit, and now have to decide if it's worth it to pay twice for one bit. Agador's products look great, their customer service is anything but great.
Hi Erin, we completely understand your disappointment. To clarify, you can update your address anytime before a tracking number is issued, and once it’s shipped and out of our hands, you can sometimes reach out to the carrier directly to request a reroute. If the package comes back to us as undeliverable, we’re happy to refund or reship it (minus a $30 reprocessing fee). This is all outlined in our shipping policy.
Unfortunately, by the time you reached out, the order had already been delivered to the address provided at checkout. Once that happens, there’s no way for us or the carrier to change the label or retrieve the package. We can’t reship an item free of charge in these cases, as replacing a parcel that was successfully delivered isn’t covered by shipping insurance and would expose us to fraud and loss. As an alternative, we suggested you reach out to the current occupants of that address to see if they can forward it to you.

After a couple rides I was already feeling a difference with this bit. Previously, he had a tendency to lean hard - dead weight in your hands and tanking around the ring, sort of thing. After almost a month in the new bit, I can confidently say that he is SO much lighter, and now capable of carrying himself properly - which is overall improving every other aspect of his training. I honestly did not expect it to make this much of an change. He is quieter in the mouth, happier and more balanced. So pleased!

Young horse seems to be more relaxed in the mouth with this bit. Only ridden a couple of times with it so far. Will continue working with him in this bit and see how it goes.

My horse seems to be enjoying this bit very much so, she doesn’t fit it she is actually opening her mouth open to accept it who’s is a far cry to the way she received any other bit

My mare is very happy with the bit! This is the fourth bit I have tried for her and it was obvious after the first ride that she was comfortable. I love the quality of the bit also, the finish is excellent. Price is realistic. Thank you

Demo bit came looking pretty new, except for small amount of rust (normal for sweet iron). I have been trying a few bits to see which work best for my horse and this one seems to be her favorite. Bonus that it’s dressage legal. I’m happy with my purchase.

I purchased a demo bit and it was in near perfect condition, spoke with coustmer service before hand and they were awesome, shipping was quick and to top it off I have been using the bit for 2 weeks now and my very green boy is accepting it well. 5 stars all the way!

My mare is very sensitive with everything and has a bald face, so with the pigment on her lips can create sores. I bought this bit and she loves it! I contacted one of their bit fitters to help and I am so glad I did. Highly recommend this bit and this company

I have a sensitive red headed mare that is truly like the princess and the pea. She will let you know when things are just ever so slightly off and her great displeasure. I was riding her in a Korsteel copper link hunter dee and she hated it. It became apparent to me the mouthpiece was just too fat for her dainty little mouth. The anatomically shaped mouthpiece on this bit is on the thinner side and my mare is able to hold it comfortably. Her acceptance of the bit has improved dramatically and we are truly able to get a soft connection. It’s a beautiful bit, too!

I've tried Agador bits on 8 horses now and have had 100% success rate. The quality is great and they are affordable. I had one arrive with a manufacture defect and the refund process was super easy.

I recently tried this bit after sizing down from my loose ring, and the fit was spot on—seems very true to size. My mare has gone well in it so far and seems to like it. The company was also very helpful and easy to work with, which I really appreciated. The only downside is that after just a week of use the bit has gotten quite squeaky, so I’m docking one star for now while I see how it holds up long term. Overall, a good option and worth trying if you’re considering it.

Totally fixed my geldings head tossing and the mare I work with that hates her normal snaffle even does well with this bit.

Well I was somewhat skeptical this bit would work, but I am happy to report my horse is super happy in his mouth! The size if this bit going from 12mm down to 10mm at the link is a game changer. If he is happy we are happy. Thank you Agador for making happy horses.

One of my horses has a somewhat small mouth with a thick tongue and low palate. I wanted to try a 3 piece Baucher for him. The comfort glide seemed well designed and made with smaller mouths in mind.
It is a vey well made bit, the price is fair and most important my horse is happy. I only wish it came in stainless steel as a standard.

Bought this bit for a mare that was chronically getting her tongue over other bits (we tried a lot of different options). She goes very nicely in this bit; her tongue does not go over the bit.

Just received the bit last week, so far my horse is way happier in his mouth and is actually reaching for the bit. This is the calm blue baucher legal dressage bit. Being an Arab/saddlebred cross he is narrow in the palate even though it is a high arch. The regular peanut and the thickness was too much in his mouth. I’m hopeful this stays the course as he becomes more round and through.
