Pick and Pack Associate
Location: Walkers & Mainway, Burlington, ON (Close to Public Transit)
Job Type: Part-Time (4 hours per day)

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Pick and Pack Associate to join our team in Burlington, ON. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment, as well as maintaining stock levels and organizing supplies.
This is a great job for a student who is interested in learning more about building a business in equestrian goods. There is potential to take on additional responsibilities or apprentice in different areas of the business, such as marketing, product development, customer service, or operations, depending on interest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and care
- Prepare shipments, including labeling and quality-checking items
- Maintain a clean and organized packing station
- Restock inventory and label products to ensure efficient order fulfillment
- Monitor and manage stock levels of supplies (shipping materials, labels, packing materials) to stay ahead of demand
- Assist with inventory counts and organization
- Use computer systems to manage orders and shipping labels
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be able to occasionally lift boxes up to 50 lbs when restocking, but this is not a daily requirement
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proactive in ensuring all supplies and stock are maintained
- Computer literate (basic knowledge of order management systems is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Reliable and punctual
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada, 16+ years old
- Comfortable working in a small business environment
- Knowledge of equestrian products and interest in learning more about the industry is a must
