Fulfillment Coordinator
Burlington, Ontario · Part-time · Mornings, finishing by 2 PM
About Agador's
We make bits that change rides. We're a small team based in Burlington, shipping premium equestrian bits to thoughtful riders across Canada, the US, and beyond. The work is hands-on, the customers are particular, and our standard is high.
The role
We're looking for someone reliable to run our morning fulfillment shift. The job is simple to describe but matters a lot: customer orders need to leave the warehouse the same day they're packed. If parcels don't make the 2 PM carrier cutoff, customers wait. So the person in this role makes sure they don't.
A typical morning:
- Picking, packing, and labelling orders from our Shopify queue
- Dropping parcels at the carrier before 2 PM
- Processing returns when they come in
- Helping receive incoming supplier shipments
- Cycle-counting inventory
- Tidying and restocking the packing area
The shift is roughly 9 AM to 2 PM, four to five days a week, Monday through Friday. You're in person at our Burlington warehouse. You set the rhythm of the morning.
What we're looking for
- Someone who shows up on time, every time. Mornings are non-negotiable because the carrier cutoff is non-negotiable.
- Computer skills are a must for the role - you should be very comfortable handling set ups with several printers, barcode scanners and troubleshooting basic issues.
- A driver's licence and access to a car preferred. We are happy to reimburse mileage. You'll handle carrier drop-offs and the occasional local delivery.
- Comfortable on your feet, with occasional lifting (boxes up to about 20 kg).
- Good command of English.
Nice to have
- You ride, or have spent real time around horses. Familiarity with bits is a genuine advantage when you're handling them every day.
- You've worked in a warehouse, retail back-of-house, or any role where punctuality and follow-through were the job.
What this role is not
We want to be honest up front. This is hands-on warehouse work. There's no social media, no creative photography, no customer-facing service work, no campaigns to run. If you're hoping to do those things, this isn't the right fit, and that's okay.
What we offer
- A morning shift that frees up your afternoons for riding, family, or other commitments
- A fixed hourly rate, paid for every shift you work regardless of how busy the morning is
- A volume bonus on high-package days, so heavy mornings feel rewarded rather than just busier
- Accrued holiday pay
- Employee discounts on our products
- Tuition reimbursement (full or partial) for relevant professional development
- Room to grow into other areas of the business once you've established yourself in this role
How to apply
Send your resume and a quick note (a few sentences is plenty) to . Tell us why you'd be good at this work. If you ride, mention what you ride.
We read every application. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Social Media Creator (contract - internship - we are flexible!)
Remote · Rolling start
We make bits. Riders post about them. We'd like to start paying a rider to post about them too.
We're product people. Content has always come second to the product itself. We want that to change. Content should be its own thing we do well, not a follow-on. That's what this hire is about.
Who this is for
Your camera roll is 80% horse and you post a lot. Reels, carousels, stories, TikToks, even long form video if that's your thing. You don't have to be talked into it. Making content is just something you do, and something you love.
You might be early in your career, in school, between gigs, or running side projects. Maybe you already work in marketing and are looking to offset some of your horse expenses with side income. Maybe you are looking for an opportunity to prove yourself. We can structure it as an internship, co-op, maternity leave contract and so on. Brand work on your resume is welcome but not required. What matters is that you have a personal account that's active and full of horses, because that's the muscle the job actually uses.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start their own brand one day. Maybe you're already building toward something. That's fine. We're a small team and we're happy to teach you the product side, the bitting side and what it's like to grow a niche brand from the inside.
The deal
30 days. Paid project. We send you the product, our brand voice doc, customer notes, and top-performing posts. Happy to reimburse CapCut, Canva or any other software you use. You give us your taste and schedule the posts.
At day 30 we both know if we want to keep going. If yes, we'll work out an ongoing arrangement that fits your life.
What we're not asking you to do
- Build a strategy deck
- Plan a quarterly calendar
- Run paid ads
- Reply to DMs (we handle that)
- Hit a follower count in 30 days
How to apply
Send the following to :
- Your IG, youtube or TikTok handles (any or all), if there's no link to your creator account(s), we won't read it.
- Your rate (per post, per project, per hour, retainer, whatever you work in)
- A few lines on:
- about your situation: where you ride, what your week looks like, anything we should know
- what you think we do well, what we do poorly and how would you approach the assignment
- resume or linkedin (optional)
