CalmRide Mouthpiece

The Calmride mouthpiece is designed to provide comfort and tongue relief for horses with sensitive tongues and small oral cavities. This bit features a curved mouthpiece with a medium flexibility barrel link in the center allowing for extra space for the horse's tongue and a lower palate while minimising any pinching classic double broken bits create. Two copper rollers facilitate better gliding over the tongue as reins are engaged and offer a more snap reaction, making it a great option for horses that can be at times sensitive, at times strong.

Fulmer Cheekpiece

The Fulmer Bit is a variation of the full cheek bit, designed to provide lateral stability and clear rein aids while allowing more movement in the mouth. The extended cheeks prevent the bit from sliding through the mouth, offering additional steering support. It can be used with or without keepers but when used with keepers, it maintains a more fixed position, while without keepers, it allows for greater movement. The Fulmer bit is a versatile choice for riders looking for the benefits of a full cheek with the added flexibility and movement of a loose ring.

Stainless Steel

Stainless steel is a highly durable, non-rusting metal that remains smooth and neutral in taste. It is one of the most common materials for bits due to its strength and longevity. Unlike sweet iron or German silver, it does not encourage salivation, but it provides a reliable and maintenance-free option. To care for stainless steel bits, rinse with water and dry after each use, polish occasionally to maintain shine, and disinfect with mild solutions when necessary.
