The Right Bit Doesn’t Just Change the Ride. It Changes the Relationship.
Too often, riders are told that discomfort is normal. That if the contact isn’t quite right, they need to ride better - softer, stronger, more skilled. The pressure is subtle, but constant.
At Agador’s, we don’t buy that. We design bits that meet you where you are so you and your horse can move forward with more feel, and less doubt.
They’re easy to try. Ship it back within 30 days, even used. Advice comes from real riders. And we price our bits for real people, not bottomless budgets.
Because the prospect of a better ride shouldn't feel like a gamble. And your tack shouldn’t demand you change everything - just hear your horse more clearly.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, we ship all over the world but most of our customers are located in the US and Canada for which we offer affordable fixed cost and free shipping for orders above 50 USD / 70 CAD.
This is country dependent.
While the situation with tariffs is rapidly developing currently our customers located in the USA don't pay any duty on non-bulk orders (total order value under $800 USD).
For non-North American orders specific customs will depend on each country's customs thresholds.
It really depends on where you are. We use a third party to forward all our shipments to US which then go on to the USPS network to be delivered to your home. It does add a couple of days extra, but keeps the shipping cost affordable.
To help inform your purchase can see our average delivery times here.
Yes! The bit will be a special order and will take approx. 2-3 months to arrive. We do not collect payment upfront and upon notification that the bit is ready you have 7 days to clear the payment. If we haven't received the payment we then list the bit for sale on the website.
A couple of our current lines were a result of our customers reaching out with a suggestion. As we expand our product lines we welcome any recommendations and feedback on what you find missing on the market.
We don’t currently offer phone-based support. Bit fitting and product recommendations often require detailed context, and in many cases, photos or videos to ensure we provide the most accurate advice.
Written inquiries allow us to route your question to the right person on our team, share pictures or video as necessary and as a result give you a well-considered response. You can reach us any time at hello@agadors.com, and we’ll do our best to reply within a few business days for fitting related support or within 1-2 business days for all order, exchange, return or stock related inquiries.
If you’re looking for a dedicated and in-depth help to choose a bit over phone, video, or in person, we recommend reaching out to one of the independent qualified fitters listed here, who have agreed to share their contact information.
We appreciate your understanding!

At this time, we do not offer in-person visits, local pickups, or drop-offs for returns. While we appreciate your interest and love meeting our community, we are an online-only business and do not have a storefront or public-facing facility.
All orders are shipped directly to your door, and returns must be mailed back using our standard return process. If you need assistance with sizing or choosing the right bit, we're happy to help via email or our bit recommendation quiz!
Yes. Here's everything you need to know about changes to our Canadian Shipping Policy.
All of our products are designed and shipped from Canada, supported by a global network of carefully selected, specialized suppliers.
We focus on partnering with suppliers in regions known for specific expertise, ensuring that every product aligns closely with our standards for quality, comfort, and performance. We like to visit and meet our suppliers in person whenever possible.
Much of our hardware, including bits, is crafted in Sialkot, Pakistan, a city renowned globally for producing high-quality surgical instruments. Our primary partner there is a respected family-owned business with nearly 30 years of expertise in the industry that we personally visit on an annual basis. We partner with smaller suppliers for prototyping new and specialty products occasionally to bring innovative designs into our product line-up.
Similarly, most of our leather accessories come from Kanpur, India, recognized for its skilled leather craftsmanship and high-quality hides.
We also collaborate with specialty manufacturers in Taiwan for components made from rubber and specialized plastics, chosen for their reliability and durability.
Our goal is always to provide thoughtfully designed products that genuinely improve the experiences of horses and riders.
